How I miss you....

I havent been to Disneyland in the past 6 months and I feel a small part of my heart dying inside... Ok, I might be a big kid, but whatever, i friggin love Disneyland and everything about it. Their corndogs are awesome, Indiana Jones is outstanding, fireworks are a little scary but pretty all the same, and dont even mention that eff'n pineapple whip in adventure land. One of these days I'm just gonna suck it up and drop 400 bucks on an annual pass because I cant make it through 08 without a few visits to the happiest place on earth. I miss you Mickey!

Pending College Dropout

I'm Pretty sure that we all know that Kanye West's College Dropout is one of the best albums ever, but its also one of the most depressing because I'm almost certain that my life wouldn't be as fortunate as his if I decided to drop out of college. Its not that I hate school or anything, I actually enjoy it when I have interesting classes, its just the whole concept that I dont really approve of. Why do I have to go to school for 4 to 6 years and half of the stuff that I learn is irrelevant to my life and my plans. Why the hell do I have to take a class about japanese art and culture if I plan on going into marketing and sales?? I actually love japanese art and culture but I'm just sayin, if universities didnt have all these requirements I coulda been done a long time ago and saved a whole lot of money and avoided all these eff'n student loans that pile up higher and higher every year. I guess Kanye was trying to let us know that there is an alternative and college isnt the only way to succeed in life, but we're not all as talented as Kanye and for those of us who excell in school we just have to suck it up and get through it till we get that degree. *sigh*

New Boo

This is one of THEE most slept on artists i've ever come across. Apparently she's been doin it big on the low since '98 and I just heard about her when I was on Kanye's Blog the other day and he was talking about his friend Esthero who was the voice of Jane, his spaceship, in his performance on the Glow in the Dark Tour. So I was like hmm, Esthero... never heard of her. I look her up on this website where I get a lot of music from and apparently she's a favorite there but it was clear that not a lot of people knew about her, but those who did were big fans. Her album Wikked Lil' Grrrls is BOMB to say the least, but at the same time its a different kinda sound. I'm not really sure how to explain it...you'll just have to find it for yourself. My favorite song on the album right now is "Gone" featuring Ceelo, which I'm about to go listen to right now. I wish she would get more publicity and bring her music to the mainstream because music in general is quite weak right now, my boo Esthero could give it a little revival.

These beautiful shoes were designed by Revive Customs and are all individually made by the designer himself. Not only are they creative but I'm pretty sure I could get some wear out of these at least 3 times a week because those colors are out of control. You can reach the designer at Revive Customs and view the many other creations offered there. They have dunks, J's, Heels, you name it I'm pretty sure they can customize it for you. This is a sneakerhead's dream.

I think I have a problem...

I'm ALWAYS sleepy! Seriously I've taken 3 naps today already and its only 5pm... I need to make a doctor's appointment asap. All that grey's anatomy i've been watchin has me worried about hidden brain tumors.

But anyway, I'm about to go to the gym as soon as 5 o'clock hits and I leave work. I'm hoping I dont fall asleep or pass out on the elliptical. Hmph.

Pressed about this Mole bizness...

No...not that kinda mole...silly. The Mole show on ABC is like one of the best shows ever and if you havent been watching it you're missing out on a great show. Its a challenge/game show type of thing and among the contestants there is a person who is actually trying to sabotage the game...aka the mole.

This week I'm not really suprised about the people that got executed. Ali wasnt really about much...she was too nice and too concerned with everybody else. And Bobby was trying a little to hard to be a problem for the group, im pretty sure the mole is gonna be more lowkey with his/her gameplan.

Right now I have my eye on Clay, no...not because he's the only black man on the show, but because he's a little TOO lowkey for me. I take notes every episode and this foo barely has anything next to his name by the time the execution comes around. So yea Clay, i'm watchin you, i'm not fallin for your dirty tricks.
